Cancelling
Cancel anytime from the billing portal in your Dashboard. Your license stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for — no partial refund for the unused time in that period.
Once a license key is claimed
Because a license grants access to the application the moment it's claimed, we don't offer refunds for a license that's already been bound to a device (HWID).
Billing mistakes
Charged in error, or a duplicate charge? Email support@hydragen.xyz within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it.
