Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the HydraGen website, your license, and the HydraGen.exe application you download and run on your own machine. Creating an account, claiming a license, or downloading HydraGen means you agree to them.

HydraGen is a portable CLI application distributed as a single executable. It runs entirely on your machine — this website only handles sign-in, license issuance, HWID binding, and billing. We don't see the CSVs, proxy lists, or accounts the application processes.

• A license is issued per person and locked to one device (HWID) at a time.
• You can reset the HWID binding yourself from the Dashboard when you switch machines.
• Licenses aren't transferable, resellable, or shareable outside your own account.
• Reverse-engineering, redistributing, or reselling the HydraGen binary itself isn't permitted.

Paid plans renew automatically on the interval shown at checkout, billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime from the billing portal in your Dashboard — access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.

You're responsible for how you use HydraGen, including compliance with the terms of service of any site or service you point it at, and with applicable law. We can suspend or revoke a license used in a way that violates these terms.

HydraGen is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it, to the maximum extent the law allows.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
